This module has been designed for receptionists, but can also be used by team leaders, managers or even PA's and secretaries.
Incoming and held/parked calls are visible, including information about each caller.
With the availability status of each employee, the attendant can immediately see where the call should be send. When the person for whom the call is intended is on a call, an IMX can be send to him or her to alert them of the call.
